The Black Tweed Saddle Pad brings the same wool-blend tweed and suede trim construction with a contemporary edge — a colourway built for riders who want their kit to look sharp against any coat colour, from grey to chestnut to bay. It’s the most versatile pad in the Chatsworth Collection, equally at home in a working yard or on the way into the ring.
The construction underneath does the real work: quilted panels cushion and spread pressure evenly across the horse’s back, and a breathable, moisture-wicking lining keeps them cooler and drier through longer sessions or warmer weather. Built to hold its shape through regular wear rather than just occasional best-turnout use.
Available in Cob and Pony sizes, the Black Tweed Saddle Pad is machine washable at 30 degrees. Lay flat to dry and avoid the tumble dryer, which can warp the pad’s shape and damage the suede trim over time.
